Join us for an intimate evening with this world-class classical guitarist, followed by a wine & snacks reception.

Classical guitarist David Temple has performed throughout the country as a soloist and an ensemble player, carrying out the mission of presenting concerts full of color and variety. He has released four CDs, including original compositions, original transcriptions, and repertoire from past five centuries.

His program will include works by J.S. Bach, Joao Pernambuco, Francisco Tárrega, Isaac Albeniz, Chopin, Mauro Giuliani, Fernando Sor, Jorge Morel, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Antonio Lauro, Agustin Barrios Mangore and Stanley Meyers.

A graduate of the music school at Eastern Michigan University, David is Artistic Director and Vice President of the Mid-Hudson Classical Guitar Society, and teaches both guitar and composition at Bard Conservatory, Preparatory Division, and at his home studio in Red Hook, NY. (more info)
