You are invited to celebrate the bounty of the Hudson Valley with Clearwater on Sunday, September 17th at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. A six-course tasting menu will be sourced by the finest local farmers, ranchers, vintners and cider makers, who have been invited to participate in the event because of their demonstrated commitment to practicing and advancing sustainable agriculture and socially responsible business practices to better the environment and Hudson River watershed.
Grammy winning singer songwriter Tom Chapin will serve as emcee; author and New York Times Outdoors columnist Peter Kaminsky will be the keynote speaker for the event. Hosted by Chef Terrance Brennan of The Roundhouse by Terrance Brennan, Beacon NY and Dr. Tim Ryan, President of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), the second annual Chefs for Clearwater event promises to be the premier food and wine event in the Hudson Valley.
