The Howland Public Library Hosts Chinese Cooking Workshop, October 24; $15 advanced registration required

Chinese cooking embraces our senses. Learn how to cook a delicious, healthy and visually enchanting Chinese meal during this hands-on cooking class being held on Wednesday, October 24th from 1-3pm at the Howland Public Library. Culinary expert, Ai-Ping Ma will teach us techniques such as stuffing and folding a spring roll, slicing paper thin chicken, and how to mix up a variety of savory sauces. All participants will get to savor the delectable results of their cooking

Advance registration is required for this adults only event. A $15 fee is due at the time of registration. Seating is limited to 12 participants, so come into the Howland Public Library early to register for this popular event.
