BACALounge: Artisan Wine Shop, 7 pm, February 24, 2010 |
 We’ve seen great art, we’ve heard amazing music so now it’s time to learn about the Art of Wine from none other than Tim Buzinski of Artisan Wine Shop (www.artisanwineshop.com). Please join us Wednesday, February 24th at 7:00pm (special time to accommodate store hours) for our February BACA Lounge Series to learn all about wine and spirits from these Culinary Institute proprietors. The Artisan Wine Shop is located at 180 Main Street.
Tim Buzinski and his partner Mei Ying So came to Beacon in 2006 and are graduates of the Culinary Institute. These two have quite a palette so not only are they extremely knowledgeable about wines they are very good at pairing wines with foods. They offer an array of hand- picked wines from small producers so the selection is not the run of the mill but a truly unique and varied selection from light to full bodied wines. They were voted best wine shop in the Hudson Valley in October 2009. This evening promises to be fun and educational so come one come all. We look forward to seeing you there! Jane
