Fox & Branch at the Howland Public Library; concert for kids, Wed Aug 15

They’re back!  Don’t miss the fun at the Howland Public Library on 313 Main St. in Beacon with the Fox & Branch Family Folk Music Concert on Wednesday, August 15th.   The show runs from 4-5pm and is open to children and adults of all ages.  Sing, dance and have some plain old-fashioned fun.  Dave Fox and Will Branch both have a teaching background which gives them a special rapport with their young audience.  They have played family concerts at festivals, schools, churches, coffeehouses, libraries and theaters.  They try to make the whole idea of an audience disappear… “we are just a big group of people having fun.”

This special program is free of charge and open to everyone.  There is no pre-registration.  For more information, feel free to contact Ginny Figlia, Youth Services Librarian at 845-831-1134, x.103 or youth@beaconlibrary.org.
