Tadashi Hashimoto Sculpture Exhibition at Lofts of Beacon Gallery

This exhibition will include a series of maquette sculptures or models for the sculptures that Tadashi Hashimoto fabricates using wood, engineered stone, fabric, and wire. This exhibition reveals the artist’s discovery of light phenomena on the sculpture object. This selection of sculptures explores his use of materials to emphasize physical properties to the present emphasis on light and color properties. 

Sculptures in this Lofts at Beacon exhibit include the sculpture models for the large outdoor sculpture titled “Grounding Sky” which is now at Cazenovia College, Sculpture Court at Reisman Hall, upstate New York.
